  "text": "Donations inter vivos may not be reduced until the value of all the property comprised in donations mortis causa is exhausted. The testator may expressly declare in the testament that a legacy shall be paid in preference to others, in which case the preferred legacy shall not be reduced until the other legacies are exhausted.",
