  "text": "The right of any person to receive a regular, disability, survivor, or other benefit from the fund, including the right to receive a refund of accumulated employee contributions and any optional benefit and any other right accrued or accruing to any person, and the monies in the fund are exempt from all state and municipal taxes, including all state income taxes, and shall be exempt from levy and sale, garnishment, attachment, or any other process whatsoever, except as provided in R.S. 11:292, and shall be unassignable in whole or in part.",
