  "text": "Upon the retirement of a member, an amount equal to his annuity savings balance shall be transferred from the Annuity Savings Fund to the Pension Reserve Fund. The difference between his pension reserve and the annuity savings balance shall be transferred from the Pension Accumulation Account to the Pension Reserve Fund.",
