  "text": "That time served in the service of the United States Government during time of war shall constitute \"Service\" in the said Fire Department as used in this Part. \"Service\" in said Fire Department as used in this Part shall also include any activity while on or off duty with view of saving life or property.\n\nDesignated from Acts 1940, No. 12, §16 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.",
