  "text": "That from July 26, 1944 the Funds, proceeds, and revenues hereinafter provided for shall constitute the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Lake Charles to be used for the purposes set forth in R.S. 11:3311 hereof, and in accordance with the provisions hereinafter contained.\n\nDesignated from Acts 1944, No. 186, §2 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff.
