  "text": "The board of trustees of the Fireman's Pension and Relief Fund of Ouachita Parish shall have, and the same is hereby granted to them, full power and authority to sell, mortgage, lease, let or otherwise alienate or dispose of any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which is now in the possession of or belongs to or shall become the property or come into the possession of the Fireman's Pension and Relief Fund of Ouachita Parish and/or the board of trustees, thereof; provided it does not disturb the benefits under the plan.\n\nDesignated from Acts 1968, No. 31, §15 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.",
