  "text": "The said City Clerk shall be Treasurer of said board of trustees and custodian of all funds belonging to said Pension and Relief Fund; he shall deposit the funds in such depositories as may be designated by said board and shall disburse funds belonging to said Pension and Relief Fund only upon warrant of the Secretary of said board, countersigned by the President thereof.\n\nDesignated from Acts 1966, No. 56, §5 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff.
