  "text": "Members of the said Fire Department as used in this Act shall consist of every man actively in the employ of said Fire Department of the City of West Monroe, including the operators of fire alarm system as specified by the State Fire Underwriters who are paid by the said Fire Department.\n\nDesignated from Acts 1966, No. 56, §15 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff.
