  "text": "In the payment of benefits hereunder, there shall be no discrimination because of class or rank of employee in service now or otherwise whatsoever. The right of the members shall always remain equal with respect to enjoyment of the benefits of the Pension Fund.\n\nDesignated from Acts 1956, No. 283, §11 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff.
