  "text": "There shall likewise be excluded from the benefits of the pension and retirement systems to be established as authorized in R.S. 11:3841 and 3842 any appointive officers and employees of any board or commission who are included in the benefits of any other pension or retirement systems established by federal law.\n\nRedesignated from R.S. 33:1764 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.",
