  "text": "Any member of the Teachers' Retirement System who is paid from school food service funds and whose employer has not terminated its agreement with the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, or its successor, for such employees, shall be governed by the provisions of R.S. 11:802 through 808, with respect to retirement eligibility, computation of regular, survivor, and disability retirement, and employee and employer contributions.",
