  "text": "If upon the effective date of this Chapter a previously existing engineering corporation or professional architectural corporation desires to operate as an architectural-engineering corporation, it may do so by compliance with the provisions of this Chapter and shall be entitled but not required to form a separate corporation for that purpose.",
