  "text": "This Chapter does not apply to:\n\n(1) Any corporation organized for any purpose involving pecuniary profit or gain to its shareholders or members, or which pays dividends or similar pecuniary remuneration;\n\n(2) Co-operative marketing or credit associations or corporations organized under the provisions of Title 3;\n\n(3) Any corporation transacting any type of insurance business; or\n\n(4) Foreign corporations, whether business or nonprofit, except where reference is made to such corporations.",
