  "text": "This Part does not apply to the city, municipal, or traffic courts of the city of New Orleans.\n\nExcept as otherwise specifically provided by law, the provisions of this Part apply to all other city courts, whether presently in existence or hereafter created.\n\nFor the purposes of this Part, the term \"city court\" includes \"municipal court\".",
