  "text": "A. It is the policy of this state that all qualified citizens have an obligation to serve on petit juries when summoned by the courts of this state, unless excused.\n\nB. The qualifications of a juror in any civil case are as required by Article 401 of the Louisiana Code of Criminal Procedure.\n\nC. The court may disqualify a prospective petit juror in accordance with Article 787 of the Louisiana Code of Criminal Procedure.",
