  "text": "If the district judges of the parish, other than the parish of Orleans, in which a person is summoned so direct, a person who has been summoned to serve as a civil juror but who has not served, may be required to serve as a juror in any criminal action the trial of which is commenced during the period for which he is summoned. Any person summoned to serve as a criminal juror, but who has not served, may be required to serve as a juror in any civil action the trial of which is commenced during the period for which he is summoned.",
