  "text": "When a right of action to recover damages for the wrongful death of a nonresident vests in the administrator or executor appointed or confirmed by a court of the domicile of the deceased, this administrator or executor may institute and prosecute the action in a court of this state without the necessity of qualifying as ancillary administrator or executor.",
