  "text": "A. An appeal from a judgment confirming, appointing, or removing a curator or an undercurator can only be taken within thirty days from the applicable date provided in Code of Civil Procedure Article 2087(A).\n\nB. Such judgment shall not be suspended during the pendency of an appeal. The acts of a curator or of an undercurator shall not be invalidated by the annulment of his appointment on appeal.",
