  "text": "When the appointment as curator for an absent person is claimed by more than one qualified person, preference in the appointment shall be given by the court in the following order to the absent person's:\n\n(1) Spouse not judicially separated from him;\n\n(2) Descendants;\n\n(3) Parents; and\n\n(4) Brothers or sisters, or descendants from them.",
