No person shall sell, exchange, barter, or in any other manner dispose of any friction firework containing white or yellow phosphorus and explosives, which makes a noise and resembles a piece of candy in size and general appearance.\n\nB. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars or imprisoned for not more than sixty days, or both.",
