  "text": "As used in this Part, the following words shall have the following meanings ascribed to them:\n\n(1) \"Board\" means the Prison Enterprises Board.\n\n(2) \"Department\" means the Louisiana Department of Corrections.\n\n(3) \"Secretary\" means the secretary of corrections.",
