  "text": "The judge shall, upon proof of the loss, destruction or abstraction from the court of any indictment, information or bail bond, order that a certified copy from the judicial record of such lost, destroyed or abstracted document shall be substituted for the original and that the trial and all further proceedings in the cause be had as on the original.",
