  "text": "Each law enforcement agency empowered to arrest or take into custody any individual described in R.S. 15:590 shall obtain and forward to the bureau two sets of legible fingerprints and other identification data as required by the bureau within seventy-two hours after arrest and booking. However, this period may be extended to cover any intervening official holiday or weekend.",
