  "text": "The F.A.C.E.S. Laboratory may recommend proposed legislation to the legislature regarding the collection and regulation of unidentified and missing persons information. In determining the need for any such recommendations, the F.A.C.E.S. Laboratory shall consider any provisions of forensic anthropological testing that may have a substantial impact on the detection and identification of unidentified human remains.",
