  "text": "All postsecondary vocational-technical schools shall be under the control of the board, which shall adopt policies governing the schools. The board may provide for regional coordination of vocational-technical schools to be administered in the following areas:\n\n(1) Regional fiscal matters.\n\n(2) Personnel matters.\n\n(3) Building standards and maintenance.\n\n(4) Reporting and data collection.\n\n(5) Coordination of instruction.\n\n(6) Such other duties as may be prescribed by the board or department.",
