  "text": "The annual principal and interest requirements of any loan authorized in this Sub-part shall not exceed the amount that the taxes dedicated to the payment thereof might reasonably be expected to yield, nor shall the total principal amount thereof exceed the total amount that might reasonably be expected from the said tax during the time the bonds are outstanding.",
