  "text": "As used in this Chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:\n\n(1) \"Cooperative\" means a corporation organized under this Chapter and a corporation which becomes subject to this Chapter in the manner provided in this Chapter.\n\n(2) \"Member\" means each incorporator of a cooperative and each person admitted to and retaining membership therein, and shall include a husband and wife admitted to joint membership.\n\n(3) \"Person\" includes any natural person, firm, association, corporation, business trust, partnership, state or political subdivision or agency thereof, or any body politic.",
