  "text": "Each city and parish school board in this state may develop and implement, after submission to the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education for approval, on or before such date as the board shall establish, a plan for modification of approved course content and structure to produce interdisciplinary courses for purposes of enhancing dropout prevention programs.",
