# Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium for Research and Education; creation; membership

The Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium for Research and Education, referred to hereinafter as the consortium, is hereby created as a body corporate under the authority of the Board of Regents hereafter to be referred to as the board in this Chapter.
