  "text": "As used in this Part, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Council\" means the Quality Science and Mathematics Council.\n\n(2) \"Program\" means the Quality Science and Mathematics Program.\n\n(3) \"Teacher\" means any employee of a parish or city school board who holds a teacher's certificate and whose legal employment requires such teacher's certificate.",
