  "text": "As used in this Chapter, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Local system\" means the appropriate city or parish school board or system.\n\n(2) \"Local superintendent\" means the appropriate city or parish school superintendent.\n\n(3) \"Program\" means a program limited to providing incentive pay to teachers for not using sick leave days.",
