  "text": "As used in this subpart the term \"employee\" means any person in the employ of the Iberville Parish School Board who is a member of or is eligible for membership in the State Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana and who is not covered by the provisions of the State Teachers' Tenure Act. 1",
