  "text": "Any person who has been convicted of any crime involving fraud or any violation of this Title while serving in the conduct of an election and in his capacity as a commissioner-in-charge, commissioner, watcher, or employee of a parish custodian of voting machines, or deputy of a clerk of court or law enforcement officer, shall thereafter be prohibited from serving in any of the positions aforementioned in any election or in connection with any election.",
