  "text": "At the time and place designated in the notice provided for in R.S. 2:313, the governing authority shall hear all objections interposed to the boundaries of the proposed airport district and to the inclusion of the property proposed to be included in the district. The governing authority may adjourn the hearings from time to time. At the hearings the governing authority may change the boundaries of the proposed district by excluding therefrom the lands of persons objecting or by including the lands of persons petitioning to be included therein.",
