  "text": "Louisiana members of boards of commissioners for airport districts shall be appointed for a term of not more than five years from the date they assume their duties and shall serve without compensation; however, all members of boards of commissioners shall serve at the will of the governing bodies of the respective parishes appointing such commissioners.",
