  "text": "Before a parish governing authority shall abolish an airport district or change its boundaries, it shall by resolution declare its intention and fix a date for a hearing. Notice of the hearing shall be given in the manner prescribed in R.S. 2:313 relative to the formation of an airport district. The hearing shall be held before any order affecting the existence of boundaries is entered by the governing authority.",
