  "text": "Any insurer of any policy of health and accident insurance issued or having effect in this state, shall pay any claim up to the limit of the policy for any service performed in a licensed ambulatory surgical center as defined in R.S. 40:2133A, providing such service would have been covered if performed as an inpatient service.",
