A provision in a liability or other insurance policy which excludes or limits coverage solely because premises are being used as a polling place in an election shall be null and void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy.\n\nB. The provisions of Subsection A shall apply to policies of insurance issued after July 6, 1988.",
