  "text": "Insurers using credit information to underwrite or rate risks shall provide a process for the consumer to appeal the underwriting or rating of risks for which credit scoring may be an inappropriate factor. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to provide a consumer or other insured with a cause of action that does not exist in the absence of this Section.",
