  "text": "The commissioner of insurance shall make examinations of the Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and the plans in the manner as provided by R.S. 22:1981 for examination of insurers. The expense of such examinations shall be borne and paid by the corporation. The corporation and the plans shall be subject to examination by the legislative auditor.",
