  "text": "For the purposes of administering the provisions of this Chapter, the administrator of the fraud section for the office of workers' compensation and his duly authorized representative shall investigate all allegations of violations of this Chapter. As used in this Subpart, \"administrator\" means the administrator of the fraud section of the office of workers' compensation.",
