  "text": "No liquidator, receiver, or trustee shall deliver possession of any property of an employer until contributions due have been paid the administrator, otherwise they, together with their sureties, shall be personally liable therefor, with interest and costs; nor shall any partnership be dissolved until contributions due by the partnership are paid, otherwise the partners shall be liable in solido therefor, with interest, penalties and costs.",
