  "text": "The commission shall submit a report annually to the governor, the president of the Senate and the speaker of the House of Representatives, and no later than thirty days prior to the beginning of each regular session of the legislature until the commission terminates. The first annual report shall include specific recommendations for commemorating and coordinating the quincentenary and related activities.",
