  "text": "As used in the Chapter, the following terms shall have the following meaning, unless the context requires otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Association\" means the West Baton Rouge Historical Association.\n\n(2) \"Board\" means the West Baton Rouge Museum Board.\n\n(3) \"Director\" means the museum director.\n\n(4) \"Governing authority\" means the West Baton Rouge Parish Police Jury.\n\n(5) \"Museum\" means any public museum and related facilities under the jurisdiction of the board.\n\n(6) \"Parish\" means West Baton Rouge Parish.",
