  "text": "For purposes of this Chapter the following terms shall have the meaning indicated unless the context clearly provides otherwise:\n\n(1) \"Board\" shall mean the Advisory Board of the Old State Capitol.\n\n(2) \"Department\" shall mean the Department of State.\n\n(3) \"Secretary\" shall mean the secretary of state.",
