  "text": "Slot machines shall:\n\n(1) Be inspected by the board or its designee for certification and compliance.\n\n(2) Have a serial number or other identification number permanently affixed to the device by the manufacturer.\n\n(3) Be connected to a central computer operated and maintained as directed by the board.\n\n(4) Offer the same minimum winning percentage and payout as slot machines on riverboats.",
