  "text": "A. A person desiring to obtain a video draw poker employee permit shall apply to the division for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit.\n\nB. The application for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit shall be in writing and on forms prescribed by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.\n\nC. Each applicant for a video draw poker employee permit shall submit to the division any information and documentation required by the division.",
