  "text": "There is hereby created in the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of state police, gaming enforcement section, a division thereof entitled the Riverboat Gaming Enforcement Division, as defined in R.S. 27:44. The division shall have the powers, duties, and functions provided for in this Chapter.",
