  "text": "The following individuals shall be prohibited from serving as a witness to the signing of an advance directive for behavioral health treatment:\n\n(1) The treating physician, provider, or a relative of the physician or provider.\n\n(2) An owner, operator, or relative of an owner or operator of a behavioral health treatment facility in which the principal is a patient or resident.\n\n(3) An individual related to the principal by blood, marriage, or adoption.",
