The judge shall designate or shall request the administrator to provide an attendant to transfer the patient to the psychiatric hospital and may authorize the employment of assistants if necessary.\n\nB. Wherever practicable, the patient to be hospitalized shall be permitted to be accompanied by one or more of his friends or relatives.",
